In 12 weeks you can change your life for good. In this group program you can take control of your health and your life, and stop the painful cycle of weight gain and loss. You break the cycle by doing something different. By looking at how a doctor would recommend you find your optimal health (because a doctor does) and actually taking that advice. The next group program will start in 2017.
The purpose of this life coaching program is to move toward a life of authentic joy and fulfillment, not necessarily to turn your whole life upside down. Be kind to yourself! You will be going through a transition. You’ll be learning ways to put some sparkle back into your life. The transition may be uncomfortable and difficult at times. Give it all you have and you will experience a sense of inner cleansing and peace you never thought possible. You are not alone – I am here for you every step of the way.
We’ll work together in 1:1 coaching with online video conferencing for 6 or 12 months to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. There are so many areas of life that can hold you back from genuine health, and rest assured we will explore them all.
